Processing Time

After placing your order, processing takes 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the average delivery time is 4-7 business days. During peak periods, public holidays or periods of higher order volume, delivery may take up to 15 business days. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside our direct control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Free standard shipping is available on all orders. Shipping costs, if applicable for express or upgraded services, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sadiesbay.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply, including the right to a remedy if products are not delivered within a reasonable time.

Please do not dispose of any damaged items or packaging before contacting us, as we may need photos to process your claim.
